I am delighted to announce that my new project The Quotable Coach is going very well. We’ve now sent out over 50 quotes by email – with many more in the pipeline.
When you join the email list (completely free), you’ll receive an email every weekday with:
- A quote, usually from a famous individual
- A short commentary, to draw out a particular theme from the quote
- An exercise to help you apply the quote to your own life
Each email is designed to take under a minute to read. The emails arrive at 7.30am Eastern time, so that you can start off your day with a few moments of quiet thought and reflection.
